Madame la Ministre accorde une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 ce dispositif, convaincue que la qualit\u00e9 de la gestion des ressources humaines constitue un facteur d\u00e9terminant pour l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019administration publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif de cette formation est de renforcer les comp\u00e9tences des formateurs, en leur permettant de ma\u00eetriser pleinement les principes, outils et m\u00e9thodes d\u2019\u00e9valuation. Elle vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leurs capacit\u00e9s p\u00e9dagogiques afin de les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 accompagner efficacement les agents de l\u2019\u00c9tat dans la compr\u00e9hension et la mise en \u0153uvre des m\u00e9canismes d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cette initiative, le Minist\u00e8re affirme sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 instaurer une culture de responsabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019excellence au sein de la fonction publique.
